Cardboard Summer is officially in full swing, and VeeFriends is hitting the road. The next several months are loaded with VeeFriends events, tournaments, and community energy.
This is your official rundown of where to find the VeeFriends team this summer and fall, including two more stops on the road to the 2026 VeeFriends TCG Championship, where the top 64 competitors on the official VeeFriends leaderboard will battle it out in NYC this October.
Whether you’re a longtime collector, a TCG competitor chasing championship points, or someone discovering VeeFriends for the first time, there’s a stop on this lineup for you. Let’s get into the calendar.
Card City Expo — Fredericksburg, VA
VeeFriends is heading to Card City Expo in Fredericksburg, VA!
Join us at one of the DMV’s biggest TCG & collectibles weekends featuring 600+ vendor tables, creators, giveaways, live experiences, and more. Stop by to shop VeeFriends products, connect with the community, and celebrate all things collectibles.

Got Sole NYC — New York, NY
VeeFriends is heading to Got Sole NYC!
Join us for one of the biggest collectibles & sneaker events in New York City featuring top vendors, trading cards, vintage, streetwear, and culture all under one roof. Stop by the VeeFriends booth for products, giveaways, and community vibes throughout the day.

VeeFriends is returning to Fanatics Fest NYC for another huge year.
With Cardboard Summer in full swing, we’re bringing the full VeeFriends energy to NYC including 2026 Topps Chrome VeeFriends, community moments, giveaways, and more across one of the biggest weekends in sports culture and the hobby.

San Diego Comic-Con — San Diego, CA
While VeeFriends won’t have an official booth at San Diego Comic-Con this year, members of the VeeFriends team will be floating around San Diego all weekend long.
Keep up with VeeFriends socials throughout the weekend for potential surprise-and-delight moments, plus a special PSA x VeeFriends Comic Book Collaboration at the PSA Booth at SDCC.

VeeFriends TCG Qualifier #2 — San Diego Comic-Con
The second of three official 2026 VeeFriends TCG qualifiers goes down during SDCC weekend, and it’s open to the public. Compete for championship points, exclusive prizes, and a chance to qualify for the 2026 VeeFriends TCG Championship in New York this October.
1st Place Prize Package:
- $1,000 store credit at VeeFriends Shop
- A one-of-a-kind custom framed artwork, hand-drawn by VeeFriends Executive Creative Director D.J. Coffman (1/1)

The National Sports Collectors Convention — Rosemont, IL
VeeFriends is heading back to The National Sports Collectors Convention for another massive year in the hobby.
As one of the biggest moments in collectibles culture, The National continues to bring together the entire hobby community. VeeFriends is excited to be part of it once again with featured products, giveaways, and community experiences throughout the week. Expect big energy, exciting moments, and a major VeeFriends presence all weekend long.

The third and final qualifier of the 2026 season takes place during The National in Rosemont, IL. This is your last shot at locking in points before the Championship field is set.

2026 VeeFriends TCG Championship
The road ends in New York City. After two more qualifiers and months of points chasing, the 2026 VeeFriends TCG Championship crowns this season’s champion in NYC this October.

Where: New York, New York
Time: 4:00 PM — 11:00 PM ET (Check-in begins at 2:00 PM ET)
How To Qualify: Top 64 in points on the official VeeFriends leaderboard
- VeeFriends will introduce a last chance entry / application system for empty spots (more information to follow closer to the Championship)

2026 VeeFriends TCG Tournament Updates & Reminders
Reminder: Leaderboard points will only be earned at the four VeeFriends-hosted tournaments.
Points Structure for 2026 (tracked through the VeeFriends Play Network):
- Participation Point: 1 point
- Match Wins: 2 points each
Tournament Structure:
- Swiss Rounds: 5 Rounds of Swiss (Best-of-3 Matches)
- Top Cut: After Swiss, the Top 16 players advance to a Single Elimination Top Cut (Best-of-3 Matches)
- Final Showdown: The Top 2 players compete in the Championship Match to determine the qualifier tournament winner (Best-of-3 Matches)
How To Play In 2026 VeeFriends Official TCG Qualifiers:
TCG qualifiers are open to the public, but competitors must register on the official event pages to participate prior to each individual event deadline.
