Earlier this year, Dinari and Bitcoin.com announced a partnership to bring tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs directly into the Bitcoin.com Wallet. Today, that integration is live for eligible users in the United States, expanding Bitcoin.com’s offering while marking another step in Dinari’s U.S. distribution strategy.
Through Dinari, eligible Bitcoin.com users can access dShares™, Dinari’s tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, directly from the Bitcoin.com ecosystem. Dinari now supports 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, including the entire S&P 500, giving investors access to one of the broadest selections of U.S. equities available onchain.
The launch builds on Dinari’s expansion into the U.S. market in August, when dShares™ became available to eligible U.S. investors and businesses for the first time.
Bringing U.S. Equities Into the Bitcoin.com Experience
Bitcoin.com has created more than 84 million self-custody wallets, building one of the largest consumer platforms in digital assets. The Dinari integration brings U.S. equities into an environment where users already manage digital assets rather than requiring them to move to a separate investing platform.
Behind the experience is Dinari’s infrastructure for tokenized equities.
Dinari pioneered the custodial model for tokenized equities. Each dShare™ maintains a direct connection to the corresponding underlying U.S. security held with a licensed custodian. This structure is designed to preserve the economic and governance rights associated with the underlying equity, including dividends, corporate actions, fractional ownership and redemption at National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO), where applicable.
For Bitcoin.com, Dinari provides the infrastructure required to connect the existing wallet experience with U.S. public markets.
A Turnkey Way to Embed Tokenized Equities
The Bitcoin.com integration also demonstrates a broader model for distributing tokenized equities.
Bitcoin.com is the first partner to deploy Dinari’s Embedded Trading App, a turnkey front end that allows financial platforms to integrate dShares™ without building an investing experience or the underlying tokenized securities infrastructure from scratch.
Through the embedded experience, users can browse supported stocks and ETFs, access market data, execute trades and manage their portfolios without leaving the partner’s existing product.
For partners, Dinari handles the infrastructure behind the experience, including trading and order management, KYC and compliance workflows, corporate actions, dividends, transfer agent services, redemption and settlement.
That creates another path for financial institutions to bring equities onchain. Rather than building each component independently, broker-dealers, wallets, fintechs and other financial platforms can integrate Dinari’s infrastructure into the products their customers already use.
Building Distribution for Onchain U.S. Equities
Dinari’s goal is not to build a single destination for tokenized equities. It is to make U.S. equities available across the financial platforms where investors already manage their money.
Today, dShares™ are distributed through fintechs, exchanges, wallets and other financial applications across the United States and more than 85 jurisdictions worldwide.
The Bitcoin.com launch shows what that distribution model can look like at scale: a consumer platform can add U.S. equities directly into its existing experience, while Dinari provides the regulated infrastructure connecting that experience to the underlying securities.
As more broker-dealers and financial institutions explore tokenized equities, the same infrastructure can provide a path to bringing those products to market without rebuilding the capital markets stack from the ground up.
