Macroeconomist and crypto analyst Alex Kruger believes that the market’s bearish state is just an illusion and that the bull may come soon.
Kruger took to X to comment on the market’s current state, saying that everybody panic-selling is a sign of a coming rally:

Hong Kong’s Business School (HKU) is considering accepting Bitcoin payments for tuition and donations. HKU’s dean and Chair of Economics said:
All the technical details have been sorted out. We will take Bitcoin and digital currencies for tuition fees and donations in the future.

This move underlines Hong Kong’s mission to become a global crypto hub. Last month, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority released a stablecoin licensing framework.
